Military and Permanent Overseas voters have special rules and additional options for voting. If you are a military or overseas voter, you are elegible to receive your absentee ballot electronically, including online through this website. Please select an option below.

Military Voters

Active members of one of the five armed service branches, their spouses and dependents.

Military Voting
As a member of the military, you do not need to register to vote. However, to vote absentee using MyVote, you will need to complete a form on the site prior to voting. As a member of U.S. Military or a spouse or dependent of a member you are eligible to receive an absentee ballot online, by email, by fax or mailed until 5 p.m. on Election Day.
